Job description

RevPilot is seeking a talented and results-oriented Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help drive our marketing strategy and generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns, ultimately increasing the number of booked calls and helping us expand our customer base.

Role overview

As a Growth Specialist, you’ll focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that attract potential clients, nurture leads, and ultimately drive conversions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are effective and deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and booked calls.
  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns, social media outreach, and digital advertising to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Manage and track marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop content and messaging that resonates with potential clients, driving engagement and bookings.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and sales conversion strategies.
  3. Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage prospects.
  6. Comfortable working with marketing tools and CRM platforms.
