RevPilot is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our AI-powered sales solutions can drive efficiency, maximize revenue, and support sustainable growth.

Role overview

As a Sales Representative at RevPilot, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting our solutions, and closing sales to help grow our business. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to achieve sales targets and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven product manager to join our team. In this role, you will [brief description of the role, e.g., drive our marketing efforts, develop intuitive product features, provide exceptional support to our users.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead qualification.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their sales operations needs and demonstrate how RevPilot can optimize their processes.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help refine our offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales activities.

Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or tech-related fields.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  4. Highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  5. Comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  6. Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
