RevPilot is looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are getting the most out of our solutions and helping them achieve their business goals.
Role overview
As a Client Success Manager at RevPilot, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth onboarding, and provide ongoing support. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to the platform.
- Understand client needs and help tailor solutions to maximize their success with RevPilot.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client engagement and product adoption.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and advocate for product improvements.
- Monitor client health and satisfaction through regular check-ins, ensuring clients meet their goals.
- Track and report on client success metrics, helping to identify and address any challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer support, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM and customer success tools.
- A proactive and customer-first mindset, focused on driving results for clients.
